What we collect
- Free checker: certificate data you type or upload is processed to show results. It is not stored, apart from an anonymous count that a check happened.
- Optional “Email me this report”: if you enter your email under a checker result, we store only that email address, that it came from the checker, and the time. We do not store the certificate data. We use it to email your report once that feature is live and to send occasional CoiSweep updates; you can unsubscribe anytime.
- Waitlist/pre-order: email, company, role, number of subs, and signup time.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we receive your email, subscription status and session IDs.
- Server logs: IP address, used temporarily for rate limiting and security.
How we use it
To run the service, contact you about the product you signed up for, process payments, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information.

You can unsubscribe at any time at /unsubscribe or by replying “unsubscribe”. We honor requests within 10 business days.
Retention and your rights
